Always on the net amount paid (excl. VAT, after discounts and refunds), for 12 months from the client's first purchase. Last-click attribution, valid for 90 days. From month 12 it levels off: each client pays commission for 12 months, and new clients replace the ones whose year is up. With 10 new Business clients a month: $11,976 a month. Example, no cancellations; no income guarantee.

A worked example with your own assumptions — not a guarantee and not a forecast of results. Real earnings depend on market access, effort and how long clients stay active. Assumes no cancellations and the same number of clients every month. Your 20% covers everything each client pays for 12 months from their first purchase. With a team you earn 20% of your direct members' commission (one level), paid on top by Validento; requires certification.

Nobody ever pays to join, and nobody earns anything for a signup — only for paying clients.
If a click arrives from Gmail, Outlook or another email client, we ask you within 48 hours where it came from: the newsletter as a PDF, or a reason. That's how a newsletter is told apart from a cold email. Without a reply, commission is held until it's cleared up.
No. Your account and link work as soon as you register.
Every click is logged with its source channel and the browser remembers it for 90 days. If the person buys or signs up within that time it's attributed to you — the last affiliate click counts.
Whenever you like, with no minimum, once the commission is available (30 days after the payment): click "Request payout" in your dashboard. With Stripe the transfer is instant; without Stripe we pay by bank transfer within a few working days.
To share your link, no. To start your own team, yes: all 9 modules must be passed.
Yes, except bidding on the "Validento" brand name in search engines.
No. The program has its own signup and dashboard.
If they cancel, commission stops with their last payment. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it isn't paid — that's why it becomes available 30 days after the payment.
